We are an ALTA Best Practices Certified Company. Our experienced team offers superior escrow and closing services, whether the transaction involves a single-family home, condo, tract of land, or construction loan.
Refinances
We have two conference rooms available on site, but we are always happy to travel to different closing locations to meet our clients needs.
Coverage areas: Washington, Sullivan, Carter, Greene, Hawkins, Unicoi, Johnson, Claiborne, Cocke, Sevier, Hamblen, Jefferson, and Knox Counties.
Cash Closings
We are a full service title company providing title insurance, title searches, and closing documents. Licensed through Fidelity National Title Group and Old Republic Insurance Company.
